Growing up my Dad always used Charcoal, to grill out. As an adult I found that laziness took over and two years ago I bought a nice gas grill to amaze my wife with delicious food and quick clean up….what a mistake…just didn’t taste the same…
What brought me back to my senses was a cooking show on the Food network that said “real chiefs” cook on charcoal. Well I’ll be a burnt steak…charcoal…huh.
So this year I am going back to charcoal. I have seen the error of my ways - I have seen the flame and it’s not from a tank.
