To reach most people - http://www.youtube.com
Best Flash 9 http://www.blip.tv
Best HD content http://www.vimeo.com
Best potential HD content http://www.smugmug.com although you can’t embed yet or post longer than 2.5 with a power user account.

We use a Canon HV-20 set at 1080i with 24p or a Canon PowerShot SD70 IS and Adobe Premiere Elements 4 to shoot and process.
